Role Purpose:
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or an associate degree with 8+ years of experience with preference for a focus in finance, accounting, science, healthcare, or related field.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to edit, summarize and interpret complicated content effectively and concisely for better understanding.
- High fluency in written English and strong functional fluency in spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently. Software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in a multidisciplinary, matrix team situation,



and demonstrated ability to manage change and diversity.
- Developed customer service skills and teamwork spirit.
- 1-2 years’ experience in pharma, pharma internship, or closely related is a plus.
