Position Summary

The position will be part of the Capability Center organization in Bogotá (Colombia) but may also be performed from Brazil. The Analyst role should have experience in accounting, finance and payroll operation, focused on timeliness, accuracy, and compliance. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for accounting reconciliations of the Brazilian payroll. This role will also be responsible for review, validation and analysis of results and reports. You will follow J&J; Integral Services’ tools, procedures, and guidelines in discharge of your day-to-day duties. Good collaboration skills, adaptability and time management are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all financial information related to Brazil payroll is accurate, reconciling amounts with internal and external records.




- Analyze and support the business in reviewing accounting entries related to payroll, including salaries, social security contributions, benefits, taxes, and provisions.
- Ensure that all payroll items are correctly classified in the accounting accounts, in accordance with the company's and country's chart of accounts, and accounting standards.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and on-demand reports to support partner departments, internal and external audits, and management reports.
- Provide information and documentation required for internal, external, and tax audits.
- Control the provision of payroll-related expenses, such as vacation pay, Christmas bonus, overtime, and others.
- Maintain efficient communication with the GSF and business areas to ensure data accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
