The Web Quality Analyst is responsible for testing our corporate websites on desktop and mobile devices and ensuring that everything is displayed and works properly for our users. He/she will work under the direction of the eCommerce Manager and will be responsible for testing and auditing all of the changes performed by the Web Developers or any member of the team. Also, he/she must proactively suggest ideas and proposals on how to improve the performance of our websites based on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). The Web Quality Analyst must have high attention to details, making sure everything that lives on the websites is accurate and based on the Acceptance Criteria determined by the eCommerce Team or other Stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements test plans and use cases. The feedback or observations must be well documented.
- Fully understands site functionality to formulate efficient strategies for testing site features.
- Quickly and methodically detects and logs issues and tracks their progress and completion.
- Delivers high quality,



low to zero-defect on releases and hotfixes.

Communicates effectively with developers about issues uncovered during testing. Conducts tests on multiple browsers and platforms, including desktop and mobile devices.
- Contributes to product knowledge bases or documentation.
- Suggests ideas to maintain, expand, and scale our websites.
- Checks for disclaimers' consistency across our sites.
- Plans and executes A/B tests aimed to improve UI and UX.
- Gather all the necessary information for the website and offer updates, including content, creative, disclaimers, etc. Must work together with the eCommerce Analyst to understand all the requirements.
- Automate QA processes to optimize time and be able to provide feedback in a timely manner.
- Performs all other assigned duties.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience.
