Interstaff LLC is a general staffing company searching for a qualified Paralegal - Law Office - Remote.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Paralegal to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to make sure that all data is correct and that checks are sent out on time. This is a remote, work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments
- Draft, review, and edit a variety of employment-related legal documents, including but not limited to employment agreements, employee handbooks, demand letters, discovery requests & responses, responses to complaints, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with California laws.
- Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.)
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes




- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
- Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties
- Help with voir dire, jury selection, and witnesses' preparation
- Provide assistance with case settlements

Experience:
- BA/BS from accredited school, advanced degree preferred
- At least 1 year of paralegal experience, working with USA law firm
- At least 6 months paralegal experience, working with CA law firm preferred

Requirements:
- Working knowledge of personal injury concepts including familiarity with insurance industry and medical matters preferred
- Advanced written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to lead client and executive engagements and succinctly communicate complex technical and compliance matters to various audiences in
