We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support a B2B consulting business who brings

strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive mindset. The idóneo

leveraging AI tools such as Claude to work efficiently. Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint,

and Microsoft Office is essential, along with the ability to produce polished, professional

content with mínimal oversight. This role spans content production, webinar support,

daily research, and administrative coordination — making it a great fit for someone who

is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Content Production & Management:
- Use AI tools like Claude to help draft outlines and rough drafts of content

pieces using designated prompts, with a strong eye for refining and polishing

content before handing off to a consultant for review.
- Draft and refine LinkedIn posts based on provided criteria, ensuring content is

polished and aligned with Nepf’s guidelines, whether for the company page or

individual profiles.
- Draft blog posts based on provided content, research,



or source materials,

formatted and polished to Nepf’s brand standards.
- Create visuals for content using Canva, including social media graphics and

supporting assets.
- Assist with newsletter content preparation, including research, formatting, and

proofreading.
- Research and maintain a list of article submission sites relevant to Nepf’s

content and visibility goals, keeping it up to date and organized.
- Maintain and organize content assets in Box and Teams following Nepf’s file

naming and folder conventions.
- Manage marketing collateral and intellectual property list to keep it updated

and accessible.
- Support the content calendar — tracking upcoming pieces, deadlines, and

publishing status.
- Webinar & Roundtable Support:
- Manage and update registration sheets for webinars and roundtables as

registrations come in.
- Create event banners and promotional visuals in Canva,
