You’ll be a point of contact for routine account needs and help keep operations running smoothly across departments. This is a good entry point into travel-tech account management, with room to take on more account ownership as you build up experience.Support day-to-day account relationships for a portfolio of customers, under guidance from a senior team memberMonitor account performance (volume, revenue, contract values)



and flag notable trends or issues to the teamMaintain regular communication with accounts to support connectivity and identify potential opportunitiesSupport the contracting process between travel partners and hotels and data accuracyHandle first-line customer service requests; escalale complex issuesto senior Account Managers or other departmentsKeep CRM records accurate and up to date1 year experience in travel, travel-tech, hotel online distribution, or a related customer-facing roleSome exposure to sales or account management conceptsOrganized, proactive, and eager to learnComfortable working toward targets with support from the teamFamiliarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides, Slack)Basic MS Excel skills, with willingness to build these up quicklyExcellent English; other languages a plusGood communication skills and a team-player attitudeSelf-starter mindsetNice to have: exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar); familiarity with reading system logs#J-18808-Ljbffr
