managing tenant financial obligations, and maintaining compliance with lease agreements. The idóneo candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep expertise in commercial real estate accounting, including NNN (Triple Net) structures, lease administration, and property-level financial reporting, and is highly proficient in QuickBooks, Yardi Voyager, and Microsoft Office.
