Turn sales data into action-and keep products performing across every major e-commerce channel.

We're looking for an analytical, detail-driven e-commerce specialist to own sales reporting and product listing management across 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC channels.

Location:LatAm - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.

- Track revenue, units, trends, product performance, and channel performance.

- Manage and optimize product listings across Walmart, Target, JCPenney, Kohl's, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, DTC, and other e-commerce accounts.

- Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and other listing content.

- Support both 1P and 3P marketplace operations.

- Identify listing errors, suppressed products, missing content, and other issues impacting sales.

- Monitor performance and highlight opportunities, risks, and trends.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations teams to keep product information accurate and current.





Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

- Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or retailer portals.

- Strong sales reporting and data-analysis skills.

- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

- Understanding of 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC business models.

- Experience with major retail marketplaces and product listing management.

- Ability to turn raw sales data into clear, actionable insights.

- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large product catalogs.

- Experience with BI, ERP, marketplace, or reporting tools is a plus.
