We are actively looking for a Business Strategy Lead to join our Bogota office. As part of the Corporate Business Development Team, the Business Strategy Lead evaluates and manages strategic business development opportunities across Latin America (excluding Brazil), spanning Spanish-speaking LATAM countries, driving sustainable growth aligned with Moffatt & Nichol's corporate objectives. This role sets the strategic direction for business development across the region and evaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, and/or joint ventures. They will direct regional market analysis, competitive positioning, and business planning, and is recognized as a subject-matter expert and thought leader on Latin American infrastructure markets. This position engages frequently with senior firm leadership and key client and government decision-makers on future business opportunities,



and directly or indirectly manages business development staff across the region. Reports to business development/corporate leadership based outside the country of residence and represents the firm at an executive level across multiple LATAM markets.
