We seek a strategic, creative and technically-skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).

Our online Health Coach Training Program™ and additional course offerings provide our students and graduates with the tools and knowledge they need to transform their own personal health, as well as the health of their clients and communities around the world.

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of our team, owning one of our core channels. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of our email marketing strategy - to help reach and connect with our target audience, while focusing on revenue growth long-term.

Role Description The Email Marketing Manager is a 100% remote,



contract role responsible for owning email campaigns that support enrollment, engagement, and retention goals.

Day to day activities

Develop, execute, and continuously optimize the email marketing strategy for prospects and current students, with guidance from the Head of Marketing on strategic business needs.
Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from planning to delivery and analysis.
Segment and manage email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication based on customer demographics, preferences and behavior.
Partner with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling email content that resonates with our audiences and aligns with our brand, including engaging copy, appealing visuals and persuasive calls to action.
Provide design direction to create visually appealing email templates that are responsive across devices and browsers.
