As an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager, Senior within PNC’s Data Center Services organization, you will be based in one of our Technology Hub locations (Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ).

Needed skills/experience:

Required:

1. Data Center Core Infrastructure operations - facilities, compute, storage, network

2. Transformation leadership - modernizing data center and capacity management
Recommended:

3. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code - automation and platform engineering

4. Cloud & Hybrid experience - modern app hosting, containers

The Director of Data Center is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence,



and transformation of enterprise infrastructure services across compute, storage, network, cloud, and data center operations. This role leads the evolution from traditional, manually operated infrastructure to a modern, automated, software-defined platform that delivers scalable, secure, and reliable services to the business.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
