- Own the end to end processing of service orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across the full order lifecycle.
- Drive revenue integrity by validating quotes, contracts, and supporting documentation prior to order booking and billing.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to align on order requirements, resolve dependencies, and accelerate deal execution.
- Ensure billing transactions are completed within strict close timelines, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting accuracy.
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and invoice inquiries by collaborating with Receivables Management and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate system records and documentation to support audit readiness and operational transparency.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance scalability, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
- Support high volume periods by prioritizing workload effectively and ensuring continuity during critical financial close cycles.

Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in Order Management,



Revenue Operations, or operational finance within technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, required due to collaboration and reporting with international stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of order to cash processes and financial controls.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volume workloads with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to collaborate across integral, cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
