Role Description The High Ticket Closer is a remote, contract role responsible for converting qualified leads into high-value coaching and training program enrollments. Day-to-day activities include conducting structured discovery and enrollment calls with families and players, understanding their goals and challenges, and clearly communicating the value and outcomes of Di Lorenzo Soccer Mindset programs.



The role involves managing a pipeline of prospects, following up through email, messaging, and scheduled calls, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The High Ticket Closer will collaborate with the coaching and marketing teams to refine messaging, provide feedback on lead quality, and ensure a positive, ethical, and supportive enrollment experience for every prospective client.
Qualifications
Proven experience in high ticket closing, consultative sales, or enrollment for coaching, education, or personal development programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust quickly with youth players and families.
Ability to conduct remote video or phone calls confidently, handle objections professionally, and guide prospects to clear decisions.
Experience using CRM or lead management tools, along with solid organizational and time-manage
