Summary

As a Service Technician at Vaughan Pools, Inc., you will provide on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and customer support for swimming pool systems throughout central Missouri. This role requires strong technical ability, professionalism when working with customers, and a willingness to learn all aspects of the pool service trade. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities





Travel to customer locations throughout central Missouri to perform scheduled pool service and maintenance.
Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair pool equipment and systems including pumps, filters, heaters, and related components.
Perform pool openings, closings, cleanings, and routine maintenance services.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed, findings, and recommended next steps.
Complete service documentation, work orders, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment while maintaining an organized work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with team members and office staff regarding schedules, parts, and customer needs.
Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills within the pool service industry.
