BairesDev is hiring a Python AI Engineer to build the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant serving thousands of employees. This is a production system, not a greenfield, and you’ll work primarily in Python with some frontend work as features require.

Requirements: 5+ years Python (8+ for lead), production LLM experience, LangChain or LangGraph, RAG over sources, AWS, and English proficiency; PST hours. 100% remote with USD or local currency pay and a integral, multicultural team.
