AgileEngine is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. You will write Rails code against PostgreSQL, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to define API requirements.

The role is remote with a required 4-hour overlap with MDT for LatAm candidates. Must have 3+ years of Rails experience, strong API knowledge, PostgreSQL proficiency, and Git.
