POSITION OVERVIEW





RIVA is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Finance and Accounting to lead our corporate financial strategy, planning, and accounting operations. The adecuado candidate will have deep expertise in government contracting finance, strong leadership capabilities, and experience overseeing all accounting and finance functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, financial systems, and strategic financial management. This senior leadership role will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Financial Officer and executive management, driving finance transformation initiatives and supporting strategic growth, including M&A; activity.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Leadership: Direct and manage all aspects of financial planning, reporting, analysis, and accounting operations. Provide strategic insights to executive leadership for informed decision-making.
