You’ll own team performance, coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution , ensuring representatives consistently hit their targets and opportunities move effectively through the funnel. What You’ll Do - Manage and coach SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives - Establish individual and team KPIs - Conduct pipeline, performance, and deal reviews - Monitor activity, conversion, pipeline, and revenue metrics - Coach reps on discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing - Develop and improve sales playbooks and processes - Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans - Partner with leadership on forecasting and growth strategy - Support recruiting, onboarding,
