Client Success Manager – Cold Email & Deliverability Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: Adaptable, with availability during U. S. business hours About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Client Success Manager to own client relationships, cold email campaign performance, deliverability, and retention. This is a hands-on role combining client success, account management, cold email, lead generation, and campaign optimization .
You’ll manage approximately 20–30 active client accounts and work closely with founders, developers, and outreach teams. This is not a support-only role. You’ll be expected to understand campaign performance, troubleshoot problems, optimize cold email campaigns, and proactively prevent client churn.
