Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level track and trace coverage, ensuring real-time shipment visibility and accurate system updates. - Proactively problem-solve operational hurdles during weekend and peak-season shifts to prevent delivery delays. - Maintain accurate communication with carriers regarding load specifics, pickup/delivery addresses, and schedule adherence.

- Learn and adapt to market pricing platforms to effectively quote and negotiate competitive rates with open-deck and produce carriers. - Smoothly transition from an internal operations support position to a client-facing account management role based on performance. ? Qualifications & Skills: - Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required). - Core Experience: 1–2 years of experience in track and trace, logistics coordination, or a freight brokerage setting. - Niche Expertise : Proven experience or strong familiarity handling Produce and/or Open Deck (Oversize / Overweight / Overwidth) freight is highly preferred. - Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, confident telephone demeanor, and excellent multi-tasking capabilities. - Problem-Solving: Strong customer service mentality with the capacity to stay calm and resourceful under high-pressure, peak-season conditions. - Systems & Software: - Experience with Load Boards (DAT, Truckstop) is strongly preferred. - Experience with Transportation Management Systems (specifically Tai Software) is strongly preferred. - Experience with 3CX dialer systems is a plus.
