We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to support a growing healthcare services company serving families seeking ABA services.

This is a sales-focused role responsible for outbound outreach, cold calling, lead follow-up, client intake, and closing qualified prospects. The idóneo candidate is confident on the phone, persistent without being aggressive, and able to build trust with prospective clients and families.

Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads
- Follow up consistently with new and existing leads
- Handle inbound sales and intake inquiries
- Build rapport and trust with prospective clients
- Understand client needs and clearly explain available services
- Guide qualified prospects through the intake and onboarding process
- Convert qualified leads into clients
- Maintain an organized follow-up pipeline
- Track calls, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with families




- Work with both English- and Spanish-speaking prospects
- Follow established sales scripts, processes, and company procedures

Requirements
- Fluent Spanish
- Strong spoken and written English
- Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telesales, inside sales, or client acquisition
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Confident handling objections and follow-ups
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Empathetic, patient, and professional
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads at different stages
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or another service-based industry
- Experience selling services directly to consumers
- Experience with phone-based client intake
- Experience using a CRM
