Summary
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to foster Agile practices, empower self-organizing engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional LATAM and US-based development teams. In this leadership-focused role, you will act as a catalyst for team success, working closely with Delivery Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to remove impediments, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and align execution with strategic value delivery. Operating with high autonomy, you will mentor other facilitators, address organizational impediments, and conduct Agile maturity assessments to scale high-performing teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Professional Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile
