The Product Analyst is responsible for:
Analyze product and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement on Customer Service.
Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards that help Operations teams understand performance and make informed decisions.
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Customer Service, Risk, and other teams to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency through data.
Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Challenges that await you:




Dig into product and operational data (mostly Customer Service) to find trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities — and explain why, not just what.
Help build and maintain the KPIs and dashboards teams use to track performance and act fast.
Turn fuzzy business questions into structured analysis and a clear recommendation.
Help design and measure experiments and process changes, and tell us honestly what moved the needle.
Investigate anomalies down to root cause, and flag data-quality gaps you find along the way.

What makes you a great fit:
Experience in Product, Business, Operations, or Data Analytics is a plus. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and excited to grow.
Solid foundation in statistics and math.
Python skills are required.
SQL skills are highly desirable.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power
