Key Responsibilities:

Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the client's dedicated contact for the duration of the onboarding, from the new sale, upsell or expansion handover through to confirmed registration of the employee and formal handover to the Customer Success team.
Handover Review & Acceptance: Review incoming onboarding requests from the Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships teams for completeness and compliance with country-specific requirements, accepting them or returning them with clear remediation instructions.




Contract & Document Execution: Own the end-to-end document lifecycle for each new employee - preparing and quality-assuring employment agreements, scopes of work and supporting documentation using approved templates, ensuring local legal compliance, managing client review and negotiation, executing signature on the company's behalf, and filing executed documents to the required standard.
Statutory Registration & Accountant Coordination: Coordinate with external accounting partners and internal teams to complete the employee's statutory registration in the country of employment, providing the required documentation and following through to confirmation.
Payroll & Finance Inputs: Submit accurate and timely payroll and finance inputs for each new employee, observing monthly cut-off deadlines and resolving queries so that payroll runs correctly from the outset.
