We are looking for experienced and competitive Inside Sales Agents that thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls to further the sales process
- Understand and explain the product or service to the customer and represent the company in an esteemed and professional manner
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner and close new accounts
- Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales by going the "extra mile"
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
As a salesperson, you will also receive continual training and development (both in-house and through outside education sources)
to help you develop professionally and personally.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proven track record of achieving quota and experience in telemarketing
- Experience in the insurance service industry is a PLUS
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Spanish
- High ethical standards and personal integrity
- Own work equipment with WINDOWS Operating System (OS)
- USB noise-canceling headset
- At least 25 Mbps internet speed and backup internet
- Amenable to working Pacific Standard Time (PST)
