Job Description for Customer Success Manager - Insurance

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for insurance related customer service requests from insurance customers, agency partners, carrier partners and internal stakeholders.

Duties/Responsibilities:_
- Provide responsive, timely, and relevant service to customers and partners
- Maintains SLA's set by leadership team in a consistent and efficient manner
- Assist with operational compliance such as new agency E&O;,



licensing and expiration
- Provide insight and design to implement service improvements and strategies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned

- Outstanding customer service skills through all communication methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Aptitude to quickly adapt technology and work within the Hourly platform
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests in a timely manner
