Upon successful completion of our program after 12 months

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role and the impacts on the organization?

This person must lead transformation processes in Bat's warehouses in accordance with the latest LogTech distribution and logistics trends, complementing the digital transformation strategy and guaranteeing its articulation with the primary chain and the last mile. Likewise, the standardization of processes in the way in which it is received, stored, and dispatched the whole multicategory portfolio

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager Col y Car

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and execute projects to automate picking lines and in line with Route to Market proposal
- Analysis of the Warehouse’s capacities, depots subdepots, Inventory Control
- Ensure compliance with the policies, standards, and procedures established by the EHS Management, to establish a safe and healthy work environment for the staff
