Credit Representative Job Description:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Analyzes credit information to establish customers' credit limits permitting highest profitable sales consistent with reasonably minimum losses.
- Partners with customers to strengthen financial controls, recommend working capital solutions, and negotiate tailored credit structures and payment arrangements that support both customer growth and company cash flow objectives.
- Develops and executes credit restriction and collection strategies for high-risk, delinquent, and sensitive accounts, balancing risk mitigation with commercial priorities.
- Drives the collection of outstanding receivables in accordance with established terms and conditions, improving DSO and reducing past-due exposure.





SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects - from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.
