Your Role:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will work closely with senior marketing operations and analytics stakeholders. You will be an integral part of the team, supporting requests from marketing teams related to campaign setup and operations.



Your goal is to ensure marketing campaigns are set up accurately and on time, leads are routed correctly with mínimal errors, and systems run smoothly so senior leaders can focus on high-level strategy. Your day-to-day will involve:
Marketing Systems & Campaign Operations: Creating, updating, and managing marketing campaigns within CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar); building and maintaining marketing workflows, automation rules, and campaign assets.
Tracking & Execution: Creating and managing promo codes and campaign tracking parameters; supporting campaign launches by ensuring correct setup, QA, and execution.
Lead Management & Routing: Managing lead routing rules and assignment logic; monitoring lead flow from marketing systems to CRM; troubleshooting and resolving lead routing, attribution, or data flow issues.
