Job Description
The Rooms Division Director is in charge of leading the front office, concierge, guest relation and housekeeping areas. Is responsible of focusing the teams towards service quality and complete guest satisfaction, contributing to the hotel's profitability through cost-controls.

Ensuring that all the operations of its departments maximize income and potential profits and minimize costs by implementing guidelines, policies and procedures for its operating departments based on Sofitel and Accor service philosophy.

Work Experience
Professional in Hospitality, Business or related, at least 5 years of experience in rooms division management operations in luxury hotels.

Depth knowledge in complex hotel operations, preferably beach resorts, managing the Room Division, including budget, work teams' leadership, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Revenue management. As well knowledge in IT tools such as Opera.

Fluency in Spanish and English as an essential requirement
