As we grow our referral network, we are investing in proactive outreach to architects, designers, builders, and contractors who value thoughtful design and reliable execution.

The Opportunity:
We are hiring an Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact between Wood + Water and potential referral partners. In this role, you will focus on outbound calls, lead follow-up, and setting qualified appointments that turn into long-term relationships.

What You'll Do:
- Make consistent outbound calls to architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and other prospective referral partners.
- Confidently introduce Wood + Water and explain how our kitchen and bath design services support their projects.
- Qualify interest and set appointments, discovery calls,



or follow-up conversations for the Wood + Water team.
- Research, organize, and update lead lists while maintaining accurate notes on conversations, outcomes, and next steps in our CRM or tracking tools.

What Success Looks Like:
- Within the first 30-60 days, you are confidently using our scripts, tools, and process, consistently making outbound calls during Eastern Time business hours.
- You reliably hit agreed-upon daily and weekly activity targets for calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
- You regularly book qualified appointments and discovery calls with architects, designers, builders, and contractors who match our adecuado partner profile.
- Your notes and tracking are clear and organized, making it easy for the team to prepare for meetings and measure the impact of your outreach.
