As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Build relationships with assigned carriers.
- Generate delivery orders for internal and external trucking moves (FCL & LTL) for bookings and equipment requirements.



Dispatch trucks to ensure moves are done on time and efficiently.
- Respond timely to booking requests from Documentation Coordinators and customers.
- Provide quotes to customers (internal and external) timely and accurately.

Minimum requirements:
- Studies:High School Degree.
- Experience: at least 6 months of experience in logistics industry as a Dispatcher.:
- Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

Perks:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- Contract:Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- Places: Hubtek Parque el Poblado Medellín, Wework Barranquilla & Wework Bogotá (this position will be on site first 2 months then it would be 100% remote):
- Salary: Base 2.500.000 cop + commissions in US
