Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
- Conduct discovery and follow-up meetings to understand client goals and align our solutions with their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and account management.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in the CRM.
- Draft and share professional communications, service summaries, and follow-up documentation in both English and Spanish.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address challenges proactively, and identify opportunities for improvement or service optimization.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and professional communication tools.
- Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Preferred Skills
- Ability to analyze client data and identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
- Familiarity with scheduling and customer success tools.
- Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams.

Work Environment
- Standard business hours with flexibility for client meetings.
