Role Description
The Email Marketing Manager at MimiWorld is a part-time, remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns across the customer lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include building segmented email lists, creating campaign workflows, and setting up automated journeys that nurture leads and retain customers. The person in this role will write and refine email copy, coordinate design assets, conduct A/B tests, and track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.



They will collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to align email programs with broader digital marketing initiatives and lead generation goals. The role also involves maintaining list health, ensuring compliance with email regulations, and recommending improvements based on campaign analytics.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to design, execute, and track email workflows and customer journeys.
Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Digital Marketing to integrate email campaigns within broader brand, content, and performance strategies.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build effective nurture streams, drive conversions, and support sales pipeline growth.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with email metrics, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
