Location: FILLI - Calle 16ª sur # 48B-18, Medellin, Colombia

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

English Requirement: Proficiency level between 8.0 and 9.0

Daily data entry

Data entry report

Research billing history

Set up journal entries

Make bank reconciliation adjustments for monthly statements

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and coworkers

Prepare consolidated financial statements for various individuals, trusts, and entities

Accurately code personal and professional transactions

Prepare transaction reports for client review and approval

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 2-3 years of public accounting experience

Experience with tax return preparation (individuals, trusts, and/or partnerships preferred)

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Understanding of financial statement preparation

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical abilities

Effective prioritization and execution in a high-pressure environment

Attention to detail

Problem-solving capabilities

Strong Excel skills
