You will help ensure seamless HR operations, strong employee engagement, policy compliance, and performance support, while contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport employees and managers across day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processesManage onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and offboarding activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practicesPartner with Operations and Recruitment teams to support workforce planning and hiring needsAssist with performance management initiatives and employee development programsDrive employee engagement activities to improve morale, retention, and workplace experienceMaintain accurate HR records, tracking attendance, attrition reports, and headcount dataConduct HR policy orientations, training sessions, and compliance awareness activitiesAddress employee concerns, conduct investigations when required,
