Head of HR – LATAM

Clear Edge is partnering with a leading global technology and entertainment business to appoint a Head of HR – LATAM.

This is a senior regional leadership position, responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy across LATAM. As a member of the regional leadership team, you will act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders while overseeing HR operations across multiple countries.

The role offers the opportunity to lead a growing regional HR function and play a key role in supporting continued expansion across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute the regional HR strategy across LATAM, translating integral priorities into effective local plans, budgets and measurable people outcomes.
- Lead, develop and empower HR leaders and teams across multiple countries, establishing clear standards, priorities and accountability.
- Oversee HR operations including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and HR analytics.
- Lead regional workforce planning and recruitment, covering both high-volume operational hiring and specialist/management recruitment.
- Drive initiatives to improve retention, employee tenure and absenteeism, using HR data and KPIs to identify and address key risks.
- Manage complex employee relations, labour and union matters, ensuring compliance with local legislation and effective risk management.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design,



succession planning, leadership development, restructuring and change management.
- Support the HR strategy for new LATAM locations, from initial research and setup through to launch.
- Work closely with Legal teams and external counsel on employment and labour matters where required.

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years' HR leadership experience, ideally with multi-country or regional responsibility.
- Higher education or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Experience leading HR functions within high-growth environments.
- Strong background in Talent Acquisition, including high-volume and specialist recruitment.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of LATAM employment and labour environments and experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience in Colombia, Argentina, Brazil and/or Costa Rica would be particularly valuable.
