This role operates within the back‑office operations layer of the integrated events operating model, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of vendor and HCP contracts, payments, reimbursements, and reconciliation activities.The position combines operational leadership, financial governance, and compliance oversight, ensuring alignment with Medtronic policies, regional regulations, and transparency requirements. The Supervisor leads a team of specialists, drives process standardization, manages risk, and ensures service delivery excellence in a high‑volume, multi‑country environment. This role will be working in a flex model in Bogotá.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Lead and manage end‑to‑end contracting and payment operations for Customer Events Experience AreaEnsure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and transparency regulationsOversee vendor and HCP contracting, payments, and reconciliation processesDrive financial accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiencyAct as a key partner to Event Operations, Meeting Planning, Compliance, and Finance teamsManage, develop,
