At least 1 year of experience in a track and trace position.Full availabilityResponsibilities:Track loads from pick up – in transit – delivered status.Responsible for always acknowledging any notification from partners and registering all load information received from the carrier or driver in the system.Must confirm pick up and deliveries.Reaching out to the carrier to confirm shipping hours and if the load is ready.Continuous positioning of the loads update is required.Call drivers or dispatchers to request ETA and current location.Forward border/customs documents related to the load to the proper department.Comprehension of logistics documents i.E., POD,
