In this role, you will guide operations supporting our Mosaic Infrastructure Managed Services engagement across 60+ sites in the US, Canada, Brazil, Peru, and Paraguay.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a 24x7 NOC team across rotating shifts.Own the monitoring and alerting strategy for network devices, servers, and critical infrastructure.Manage end-to-end incident escalation, triage, and stakeholder communication.Ensure SLA compliance, enforce SOPs, and track KPIs such as MTTD and MTTE.What We’re Looking For:4+ years in a NOC or IT operations environment.2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.Proven experience managing 24x7 shift-based teams and schedules.Strong working knowledge of ITIL (incident, problem, and change management).#J-18808-Ljbffr
