Role Description This full-time on-site Visitador Medico role at Evolucia SAS is based in Bucaramanga. The position involves scheduling and conducting regular visits to healthcare professionals to present medications, products, and scientific information in a clear and ethical manner.
The Visitador
Medico will build and maintain long-term professional relationships, collect feedback from medical staff, and report market insights to the internal team. Daily tasks include preparing visit plans, updating product knowledge, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory and company standards. The role also requires accurate documentation of visits, efficient territory management, and close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to meet objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to plan and organize daily routes, manage a territory, and maintain accurate records of visits and activities.
- Capacity to understand and convey medical and pharmaceutical information, with a commitment to ethical promotion.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, office software, CRM systems) for reporting and scheduling.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-service orientation.
- Relevant education in health sciences, pharmacy, biology, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a medical representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bucaramanga and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
