Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Medellín focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable locations for telecommunications and related infrastructure projects.

The Site

Acquisition & Real Estate Analysis team member will conduct market and site feasibility studies, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate with property owners, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely site approvals.

Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end acquisition process, supporting site development activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for all sites and leases. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to assess radio frequency (RF) requirements, ensuring that selected locations meet coverage, capacity, and regulatory standards. Daily activities require proactive communication with internal and external partners, analysis of real estate data, and ongoing monitoring of project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in site acquisition and site development,



including identifying potential locations and managing the approval process.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with property owners, public authorities, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Experience with leases and real estate contracts, including negotiation, review, and coordination with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Understanding of radio frequency (RF) considerations and basic telecom infrastructure requirements for site selection.
- Relevant academic background in real estate, business, engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate site performance and support decision-making.
- Ability to work on-site in Medellín, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under changing priorities.
- Knowledge of local zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes; prior telecommunications or infrastructure experience is an advantage.
