The Senior Plant

Designer owns the physical design of Voyager's new chemical manufacturing facilities across the lifecycle of planning, construction, commissioning, and sustaining. With multiple facilities for oxidizers, energetic materials, and energetic precursors planned in Colorado and Louisiana in the coming years, this is a long‑term design ownership position rather than a single project assignment.

The position reports to the Chief Engineer and is part of the Chemicals and Explosives Team.

This role is based in Penrose, CO with a shift to Pueblo, CO expected within the next year. The two sites are about 40 miles apart and within the same Colorado Springs/Pueblo commuting area.

- Developing and maintaining the master equipment list and line list tied to the P&IDs.;
- Coordinating with civil, architectural, and electrical disciplines and reconciling vendor equipment drawings to ensure a coherent plant drawing set
- Supporting construction and commissioning through field walkdowns, redline capture, and as-built drawing issuance
- Maintaining current and accurate drawings to support process hazard analyses (PHA), pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR), and management of change (MOC) Basic Qualifications:
