About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer to strengthen our media buying department and own client accounts end-to-end. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing and operate as the paid media lead on an internal team. This role is heavily focused on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) within the insurance sector.

This is not a junior, task-execution seat. You take full ownership of the accounts on your plate, drive CPL down across the board, and step in wherever the department needs you. We are looking for an operator who runs toward problems and fixes them before anyone has to flag them.

What You'll Own

- Strategy, launch, and daily optimization of Meta lead generation and application campaigns across the client book.
- Budget pacing and CPL management across all active insurance accounts.
- Weekly creative iteration, testing, and kill/scale decisions based on performance data.
- Building and refining funnels and landing pages tailored to insurance leads to convert paid traffic into booked calls and applications.
- Feeding campaign data into and pulling strategic direction from our AI systems.
- Clear, concise reporting to leadership on performance, trends, and next steps.

Must-Haves

- Insurance Industry Experience: Proven track record running successful direct-response lead generation campaigns within the insurance field.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Meta Ads Specialist: This role is overwhelmingly focused on Meta Ads (FB/IG).



Google and PPC experience is a bonus, but you must be a Meta expert first.
- 3+ Years of Senior Media Buying Experience: You have managed accounts independently without needing hand-holding.
- Lead Gen & Funnel Mastery: You treat CPL as the primary KPI and have run funnels with longer sales cycles (landing pages, VSLs, booked calls), not just direct e-commerce checkout.
- Self-Led Operator: When CPL climbs, you identify the issue and optimize immediately.
- AI Fluency: You integrate LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable, or equivalent) into your daily workflow to analyze data and draft angles.
- Funnel & Page Building: You can actively build and tweak landing pages, not just write briefs.
- Fluent English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Monday.com

Location: 100% Remote from anywhere. Hours: Versátil (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST availability preferred)

Reports To: VP of Marketing

Compensation Structure

- Part-Time Onboarding: $1,000/month to handle 5 clients while ramping up.
- Full-Time Scale (Up to 10 Clients): +$200/month per additional client ($2,000/month at 10 clients / full-time baseline).
- Growth Tier (11+ Clients): +$100/month per additional client beyond 10 ($3,000/month at 20 clients, $4,000/month at 30 clients).
