We are launching a new U.S.-focused business funding company from the ground up and are looking for an experienced person to join our team.
- Location: El Poblado, Medellín
- 100% ON-SITE POSITION — NO REMOTE WORK
- Base Salary + Commissions
We are specifically looking for someone who has previous experience working with a U.S. company in the business funding industry.
Experience We're Looking For
You should have experience with some or all of the following:
- Business Loans
- Merchant Cash Advances (MCA)
- Business Lines of Credit (LOC)
- Business Funding
- Working with U.S. business owners
- Funding applications and documentation
- Lead and applicant follow-up
- CRM management
- Phone, email, and SMS communication
- Working with lenders, brokers, funders, or underwriting teams is a major plus
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Previous experience working with a U.S.-based company
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners by phone
- Knowledge of the U.S. business funding process
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable using CRM and other software
- Able to work independently and help us build processes from the ground up
- Must be able to work full-time from our office in El Poblado, Medellín
Compensation & Growth
We offer a base salary plus commissions, giving you the opportunity to increase your income based on performance.
This is a new operation being built from the ground up, so we're looking for more than someone who simply follows a script.
We're looking for someone with industry experience who can bring their knowledge to the company, help us establish our processes, and grow into a larger role as the company expands.
