ASSISTANT SESH MANAGER

SUMMARY

The Assistant Sesh Manager is a key operational leader responsible for overseeing daily operations, staffing execution, and on-shift performance at Cirrus Social Club. This role ensures that each shift operates smoothly, safely, and in alignment with Cirrus service standards,



brand expectations, and compliance requirements.

The Assistant Sesh Manager regularly serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) and is entrusted with full responsibility for operations during assigned shifts. While acting as MOD, this role supervises all hourly employees, manages labor and cash controls, and serves as the primary on-site decision-maker, reporting directly to the Sesh Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Daily Operations & Shift Leadership
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and guest-ready service during all assigned shifts
- Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained in alignment with business volume and labor targets
- Serve as the on-shift leader for all hourly employees, providing direction, supervision, and support
- Ensure all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures are executed accurately and on time
