Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or DevOps Team Lead leading engineering teams and enterprise DevOps initiatives.
- Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness or similar DevOps platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon EKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing cloud-native deployment strategies and infrastructure automation.
- Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and microservices architecture.
- Experience supporting event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
- Familiarity with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, WebSockets, and GraphQL integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical,



and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or lodging industry.
- Hands-on development experience with ReactJS, Node.Js, or other JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Bash or other Unix scripting languages.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, or equivalent Azure certifications.
- Experience with enterprise architecture or solution architecture.
- Experience with distributed systems, scalable applications, and high-availability environments.
