Plata Card is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the AML team in Colombia. You will dive into the existing AML system, design processes, define requirements, and coordinate changes across a large network of stakeholders, spanning Compliance, Origination, credit and debit products, engineering, analytics, and operations.
You will own AML health metrics, write BRDs and user stories, and help adapt AML capabilities to sanctions, PEP screening, transaction monitoring, and new banking products
