About the Role





Executes within defined procedures the strategic direction and planning of compensation & benefits programs. Provides support, research, and knowledge to manage the organization’s total rewards programs. Mayassistwith development and implementation of research-based strategic solutions. Streamline administrative work, unlock efficiency through simplification and automation, and drive end-to-end efficiency.

Major Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day GSTR cases and act as regional process owner and SME
- Receive, assign, update, classify, and process cases in case management application for multiple processes
- Educate and guide employees on benefits mattersregardingenrollment, eligibility, coverage, claims, and provisions
- Provide support for knowledge management activities, compile andmaintainbenefits records and sensitive documentation
- Provide content input for employee training and information sessions andassistwith content for organization-wide communicat
