Role Overview and Mission

Tabi is transforming the freight brokerage industry by replacing manual quoting and coverage with high-velocity automation. We are looking for a QA Analyst who will Ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of software products by defining, executing, and continuously improving testing processes that prevent defects and support fast, confident releases aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze product and business requirements to define clear and effective test scenarios.
- Design, document, and execute test cases (manual and automated where applicable).
- Perform different types of testing: functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT support.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and technical leaders to clarify requirements and resolve issues




- Validate fixes and ensure defects are properly resolved before release
- Maintain and improve QA documentation, test plans, and testing standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives)
- Proactively identify risks related to quality, performance, or user experience
- support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies
- Design, execute, and document functional test plans for RPA automations, APIs, and Frontend applications
- Clearly and promptly communicate findings, risks, and blockers in a solution-oriented manner
- Develop automation scripts using tools such as Selenium and Postman
- Promote QA best practices, providing mentorship and technical support to team members

What We Are Looking For

- Student, Technologist, or Professional in Systems, Software, Computer Science, or related fields (5+ semesters of academic experience)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in software quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies: regression, integration, smoke, and acceptance testing
- English proficiency level B1 (reading & writing focus)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills
